  • Description: This will be a 90 minute experiential workshop for up to 20 participants, exploring the overlap and intersect between Improv and Gestalt, with the ultimate aim of discovering how these practices mirror or diverge from each other, how each may contribute towards the understanding of the other, and how to better practice each of them. It will comprise a series of practical activities, derived from the both these disciplines, followed by reflection and discussion. Participants do not need to have experience in either field, although it will prove of interest to those who practice in either.
